Drk Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete welcomes UN Special Envoy fir the Great Lakes
Region H.E Mr Said Djinnit at Dodoma State lodge this evening. The Two
leaders then held talks concerning the current situation in the Great
Lakes Region.
H.E Mr.
Said Djinnit, is an Algerian diplomat. He was appointed as a UN Special
Envoy for the Great Lakes Region on 17th July, 2014 succeeding Mrs. Mary
Robinson who was appointed as a UN Special Envoy for Climate Change.
